Asking for the reward is like picking up a stick - you get two ends to deal with. Tony, like many people, goes looking for the best in life accepting that the bigger the goal, the bigger the challenge. Taking his values from personal experience and inspiration from books, Tony looks forward to finding, facing and overcoming obstacles which are what defines his character best. “Setting goals is key to keeping me on track”, he admits. From all aspects; health, relationships, achievements and self confidence - Tony always strives for excellence over mediocrity.

Inspired by his father, Tony became an eager student of military training at the age of 11 with the local cadet corps. After seven years of commitment, his achievements included Airborne Jump Wings, Company Commander and the highest rank attainable. To this day, the mark of self respect and discipline is obvious in Tony’s manner and presentation, complimenting his commanding voice and presence.

A strong desire to be around people led Tony to the hospitality industry. The social settings rounded off his strict edge and brought out a love for good times, but there was always a passion to learn beyond the superficial. Completing six years of practical application, Tony invested in his academic future, attaining his degree in Hotel

Management and then a worldwide designation with the American Hotel & Motel Association. With fifteen years of valuable experience, he stepped beyond the norm, starting a professional consulting business that still thrives today.

In walks a woman and suddenly interests and intentions shift to a different light. Crystal enjoyed six years of courtship before Tony secured their future in marriage, which today is the center of his focus. With new associations and change in mind set, Tony overcame many of his own obstacles. “It was like a light being turned on” he remembers, “It was simply a matter of choosing a vision to focus on and being accountable for my actions.”


	Today, Tony and Crystal enjoy what life has to offer. Watching her overcome the fear of deep water to join him in scuba diving was a humbling experience. “Facing a challenge yourself is a wonderful achievement, but when someone overcomes an obstacle to be with you, it’s immeasurable.” Travel is a yearly goal for both of them. Picking the destination is only the beginning; working steadfastly towards it builds their excitement and forms part of the journey. Whether it is a monthly goal or a 5 year plan, the pursuit and anticipation fuels Tony’s daily routine.
Putting this same principle to work in his real estate business provides his clients with a high level of energy, expectancy and a shared emotional accomplishment.

From the early days of when he wore a bow tie to kindergarten to how he presents himself today, Tony has always had a deep passion to serve. Putting his word in his handshake or penning his name to paper, you know you can rely on him. Like anyone, he works hard to do the things that must be done, but always looks for a way to add fun. Writing out intentions puts power to his words; a good pen simply adds to the feel.
